Nancy Robert is a recognized leader in healthcare product strategy, development and marketing. She is the ANA Enterprise Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Marketing Officer. Dr. Robert leads interdisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative nursing education products. Before joining the ANA enterprise, Dr. Robert's diverse background included leadership roles in executive management, consulting, telecommunications, and nursing administration.
Susan Finlayson, RN, DNP, NE-BC
Susan Finlayson, is recognized as a national expert on leadership development and strategic planning. She has over 30 years of nursing experience and is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Finlayson was responsible for Mercy Medical attaining Magnet® status recognition. A Fundamentals of Magnet Instructor, she is also is a part-time instructor at Johns Hopkins University in their nursing leadership track.
