A. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided books are in unmarked and salable condition. Include a copy of the original packing slip when making a return. All returns should be shipped by a trackable method, such as UPS or registered mail. Discounted books and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
