    What is an ANA eBook?
    An ANA eBook is an electronic version of a printed book. eBooks can be read on computers, and some eReading devices or on your mobile device. The ANA eBooks cannot be read on all mobile device at this time.

    What file types are available?
    The eBooks we offer are in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format. You will need the Adobe reader version 7.0 or above in order to read your ANA eBook. If you do not have this version, you can download the latest version for free from the Adobe Website. Note that first generation Kindles do not support the PDF format. Check your Kindle documentation to be sure that it supports PDF before purchasing our eBooks.

    Can eBooks be returned?
    No, eBooks are not returnable or refundable.

    Do I need to have an account to purchase an eBook?
    You need to set up an account, and be signed-in, to purchase eBooks. Once you purchase an eBook, it is stored where you download it. 

    How do I create an account?
    When you add an item to your cart and click on "Checkout" you will be led through the process of creating an account. 

    How do I place an order for an eBook?
    When you add an item to your cart and click on "Checkout" you will begin the purchase process.

    • To CHANGE the quantity of a publication(s) listed in your cart, select/highlight the number currently appearing in the "Quantity" column that you wish to change and type the new quantity. Repeat these steps as necessary.
    • To REMOVE a publication from your cart, select/highlight the number currently appearing in the "Quantity" column that you wish to remove and type "0" (zero). Repeat these steps as necessary.
    • To LOCK IN any changes or removals, select "Update Total."
    • To return to the catalog and CONTINUE SHOPPING, select the "Continue Shopping" button. You can do this to add publications to those you've already selected, or choose different publications if you've removed items from this page.

    Can I purchase an eBook and a regular book at the same time?
    Yes, you can purchase an eBook and a print book.

    Can I use a Gift Card to buy an eBook?
    No, not at this time.

    After I purchase an eBook, how do I download and read it?
    You will receive an e-mail that will include a link and an assigned password. Click on the link and your will be taken to a login page. Enter the assigned password. The password will allow you to have access to the eBook PDF for three days for the purpose of downloading. You are allowed only ONE download during this three day period.

    Can I download eBooks to my desktop?
    Yes.

    What are the supported eReading devices?
     ANA eBooks can be read on Kindle, Sony eReader, IPad, Ihone and and other eReader devices that support the PDF format.

    What should I do if my download is interrupted?
    Close your browser window, then re-click on the link to the download page and try your download again. If you continue to experience problems, contact the ANA Webmaster.
